I'm Sarah.

Born and raised in Minnesota, I’ve grown up loving dogs. Notice how I didn’t say I’ve grown up WITH dogs. Nope. Sad story is my parents didn’t get a dog until I moved out for my freshman year of college. I actually take it as a compliment as being the only child that needed replacing. It was also a good way to lure me back home.

Now, I live with my husband, Jake, and my two dogs, Bennie + Scout, in Lake Elmo MN. They are both Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers and the center of our world. They are spoiled rotten with summers up at the cabin and constant treats and new toys to destroy.

I want For The Dog Photography to be about capturing moments with our dog in the short amount we get them (10-15 years isn’t enough). I will highlight your dog and their fun personality, while still getting you as their “back up dancer”
